Given that we could not hold our annual CMAST\/Crystal Coast Oyster Roast in collaboration with the NC State University Alumni Association during Spring 2021, we hosted a virtual NC State Oyster Showcase with over 500 virtual participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
