{"id":5517,"date":"2023-01-11T09:28:20","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T14:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmast.ncsu.edu\/?p=5517"},"modified":"2023-02-08T09:33:55","modified_gmt":"2023-02-08T14:33:55","slug":"seafood-processing-sanitation-and-safety-training-offered-in-spanish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmast.ncsu.edu\/2023\/01\/seafood-processing-sanitation-and-safety-training-offered-in-spanish\/","title":{"rendered":"Seafood processing sanitation and safety training offered in Spanish"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The NC&#160;State Seafood Lab at the Center for Marine Sciences and Technology (CMAST) recently conducted its first sanitation and safety training video in Spanish.&nbsp; The project, titled, &#8220;Development of sanitation and safety training videos for the Spanish speaking seafood processing industry community,\u201d was funded by NC Sea Grant.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CMAST Seafood Lab director, Alex Chouljenko, research assistant, Greg Bolton, and Roberto Rosales, NC&#160;State Agricultural and Natural Resources\/Communication Extension Assistant, all contributed to the project.
