Dr. Alex Chouljenko, NC State assistant professor and director of the Seafood Technology Program at the Center for Marine Sciences and technology (CMAST), recently collaborated with Dr. Vladimir Chouljenko, professor, Louisiana State University, to research and publish a study about Russian sturgeon genetics.
